I hope that this decision has nothing to do with  the Dr. is presently
visiting the US. In any case it is long overdue. Let's hope that the
prosecution does not return on Tuesday with new charges?

been following this case for quite awhile and my
predictions were spot on when he decided not to rule
on the admissiibilty of the cautionary statements. I
can't wait to receive more news about Belgore's
findings

Please note that this is a great day for those who
have been campaigning for fair justice in the Gambia.
Belgore's ruling brings back memories when Justice
Marcus Cole acquitted and discharged Sherriff Mustapha
Dibba, Lamin Danso and Momodou Ceesay for a criminal
charge of treason.

We await Belgore's final ruling!!!

thier treason case has been rhrown by the Judge Ahmed
Belgore he stated that there is no case. And the court
will resume on Monday and Tuesday. This is long over
