Mr Manneh,
                  UDP was very aware of the high migration rate of Kiangkas
to the Kombos. Infact the party arranged and paid for transportation for
about 500 of such urban dwellers. They were all ferried to their various
villages a day before the polls. The problem for the outcome of the election
lies squarely with those voters resident in Kiang who decided to exchange
their franchise for D25. The more than 1000 voters who did not vote
determined the outcome. The migrant Kiangkas did  their duty admirably.
