CLARIFICATION:
"We are also appealing to current members to refrain from forwarding emails
from un-listed members to Gambia-L and private mails too should be sent to
intended persons and not to Gambia-l."

What we mean by the above is those who have violated the rules of the L and
were subsequently un-listed. Secondly you don't to send a private mail intended
for x,y or z to the whole list.
