Hope indeed that rebuilding will take place anyway, but insurance sure
seems tricky when it comes to hurricane damage. we know people who got hit
by last fall's Florida hurricanes, the roof blew off and the house filled
with water. they were told that insurance will only pay for "wind" damage,
not "water" damage although it seems hard to separate the two in this
case...). they got almost nothing, and are financially ruined. Ylva
