In this case, the true reference point is the Quran and the sunnah of the noble prophet. At any point in life, it is for or against you in your deeds. With 'faith,' you have to nurture and grow it in you. It cannot go well without purity of the heart. It goes with the spirit of sharing. It goes with the rememberance of God (Swt.)
