WHERE THE OFFICE PRESIDENT IS HELPING US PREPARE YAYA JAMMEH'S CHARGE SHEET

With reference to the press release from the office of Yaya Jammeh,I will
not call it office of the President. Why? because Yaya has outlived his
chances of facing impeachment. His stratified layer of hard core dirty
tricks are worse than the old dump site at Kotu layout.Yaya!

After leaning on Lai Konteh for years today is accusing this person of
being corrupt 'dadadadaaa'.This is really laughable.

This excerpt from a press release Yaya spewed on our masses once again
helps us confirm that this person being called a president is so insane.

Well those hiding killers in civilian clothing have already started eating
one another. Lets explain some'n here....Mamburay Njie is from the same
milieu as Lai Konteh.Both of them are so-called big wigs in Serekunda.They
operate within opposite "vous" but in the same zone. Mamburay was groomed
by the Super Bird "vous" whilst Lai Konteh was groomed by the Dippa Kunda
one(s).There exists pettiness and rivalry in these so-called
"Yaya-Jammeh-era-mafiosi-vous".Who knows?

It is indeed revealing and telling when one reads the following excerpt.
Number one flaw! APRC expelling a prominent member and the press release
emanates from office of The President? Office of the President involved in
party-pettiness. Yes do not be surprised because Yaya Jammeh is the
president who has been sponsored by the national disgrace called APRC.Does
that mean press releases expelling party "gurus" can come from the office
of the president? Ofcourse not!

This press release should have come from the party's political bureau.This
press release should have been signed by the party's coordinator or
someone like Yankuba Touray! For goodness sake Yaya please allow your
parrots to whistle for you in this wilderness.Whats wrong with these
people? Why do you have a party bureau? Why a president's office sending
such press releases?Lai Conteh was elected and the party has an office.

Would they tell us that Yaya is the party leader thats why? Yaya you are
not entiltled to sign this,neither is your secretary general. Refer to
your own party manifesto.Well I have been warning people about the killers
in civilian clothing surrounding Yaya.Mamburay Njie is one of the worse
killers.He and Fatou Jahumpa are the ones whispering into Yaya's ears at
the moment.Fatou is away these days but Mamburay is in action.Those who
know the real Mamburay character would never dispute that he is a snake.A
very dangerous snake for that matter.I would not rule out that Mamburay
Njie is behind what implicated Lai Konteh.We have access to the inner
circle.We know that there exists serious internal cleevages within the
ranks of the APRC.Yankuba is trying to be nice in the open but he hates
Edward Singhatey.Mamburay is fighting tooth and nail to show Yaya that he
can help him get hold of Serekunda West or whatever.We are privy to deep
information about this.We will not even rule out that Mamburay Njie is
behind what implicated OJ Jallow.

As far as time is running very soon Gambians will know who these hiding
killers in civilian clothing are.Yaya is not alone in this game of hatred.

The words in the charge sheet against Lai Konteh really fit Yaya.So we
will borrow them and then use the same "verbatim" when he Yaya is in
chains ready to face the courts of the future government.The very
government that will name his zoo:"NEVER AGAIN PARK".

Read these words from an article on the daily observer and tell us who
they fit more,Yaya or Lai Konteh? ARROGANCE? DERELICTION OF DUTY? DIVISIVE
ACTIVITIES?

Contempt to which superior authority? Lest if we forget the challenging
letter the embattled mayor wrote to Yaya himself some months back?

We have been told from those who received the letter at the president's
office that Yaya was very angry with Konteh about it.The same Yaya used
the auditor general's case to witch hunt Fatmatta Jallow(former AG).Today
Yaya is turning around accusing Lai Konteh on that?

We are not surprised because our internal sources told us that Lai Konteh
was being dragged towards the chopping since 2001.The internal fights
within this stinking party and a national JINX called APRC has been on for
so long.Their smelling drops will indeed affect the fabric of our beloved
society.Lai Konteh was being accused of helping Halifa win INDIRECTLY.How?
The APRC said he did not do enough thats why they lost against Sallah.You
see HOW STUPID YAYA JAMMEH IS?

Now he thinks that everything is ok...He is working on either getting
Halifa behind bars,attach a dirty crime to his record etc etc then justify
disqualifying the guy in case a bye-election can be cooked with the help
of Justice Paul. This is exaclty why we are pointing fingers at Mamburay
Njie and co.Gambians will be seeing everything as time goes on.

Yaya Jammeh is stupid fool in power,whilebeing ushered through this
darkness by one-eyed serial killers.Well Gambia I am so sorry!

"....Abdoulie Conteh, the embattled mayor of the Kanifing Municipal
Council (KMC), was yesterday expelled from the ruling APRC party with
immediate effect, according to a press release issued by the Office of the
President. According to the press release, Conteh was expelled from the
party for five reasons, namely corruption, arrogance, dereliction of
duties, divisive activities, and contempt for superior authority.

On the corruption charge, the release states: "Two Commissions of Enquiry
into corruption among Public Officers have found him wanting - (1)
Commission into the Auditor General's report - (2) The Paul Commission as
well as audit exercises carried out at the KMC."

Concerning the second reason for his expulsion, the release states: "His
extraordinary arrogance towards not only the public but to Constituted
Authority is unacceptable...."
