This is the best I can in short translate it

“In short the Norwegian Police for sexual assaulting a Gambian Boy age
12 charge a Norwegian Teacher in his 50s. The assault happened many
times while the man was on holidays in Gambia. The boy who came from a
very poor family was been sponsored (as usual) by the money – paying for
his education + sending him a monthly allowance 3x more than the average
Gambian. The boy spends his days and night with the man at his hotel and
traveling etc. The boy’s cousin who is in his 30s introduced the man
to the family during his first visit began to be worried during the
Norwegian’s 2nd visit, even though the boy’s father knew what was going
on he turned blind eyes to it and just see it as an opportunity. Some
Norwegian tourist staying in the same hotel staying worrying and took it
up with the Norwegian (KRIPOS) upon their return. They in turned took
it up with the Interpol in Lyon, they informed the Gambian Police of the
man’s next itinerary. At first the boy denied it when he was confronted
by his cousin but when the Gambian Police came into the picture he
admitted it, when the Norwegian knew about the investigation he cut
short his winter holidays and returned to Norway not knowing they are
waiting for him her too.

The Oslo Police are taking this charges very seriously, investigation
have began, maybe they will have to travel to Gambia for further
investigation. The man’s apartment have been search but nothing found
which can lead to sending him the remand that is why his employers are
yet to be informed:”
