I read through all 73 pages of the .pdf file and found it to be one of the
most repetitive and uninformative documents I have come across. It reads
more like a spam than a guide. Basically, it is a criticism of drug use in
bodybuilding and the commercial imperatives that hold out massive physiques
as achievable to the average Joe (and Jo) without drugs. When you go to
the recommended web site you see pictures of the author's books on the
cover of which are pictures of over-muscled freaks - exactly the type of
body he has been calling a "con on the masses" for 73 pages. Save your
time and go straight to Tamir Katz's
http://www.geocities.com/tbkfitness/tbk3.html site or www.dragondoor.com or
www.extique.com. There you will find information which will lead you to
real health and fitness, not just cosmetic body building.

Keith
