Hi Esben,

Goto the USDA online nutrition database at:

http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl

Type in pumpkin and follow through on the next several screens.  By
choosing 100 g as your sample size, the results can be seen as percents.
