it’s a great idea, i’m in! i could do with some advice from long term EF’rs especially 
regarding the weight training, as Murray cleverly noticed, i used to work out endless hours 
on the elliptical and have never step inside the weight room, so now i am a bit lost…Let me 
know if you want to start up something in London.

Thanks Sabine. That’s 2 for London. Art would it be a problem to establish a group similar to 
the New York paleo group but called something like “Evolutionary Fitness London Meet up 
Group”?
