IE views the the .txt extension as the text/plain, and all plain
text on the web is considered to be pre-formatted. Thus, the browser
should not wrap the text. If you change the file extension to
.html, then IE will wrap the text, but ignore the carriage returns.
The best way to view it is in a text editor that will soft wrap text,
or simply use a word processor.
