I don't think you are going to get far pursuing your interest in
calisthenics.  At least, if you do, it won't have much to do with EvFit.

Try this site for a view of calisthenics in 2001

http://www.calisthenics.asn.au/

For a quite different view and a bit close to EvFit, look in a large pre
1920 encyclopaedia.

But I can assure you, the term has meant such widely different things to
different people over different decades, that you might as well be looking
up EXERCISE.
