I have been doing the workout found at: www.paleofitness.com I think it
follows the same concept your talking about? I do only a few exercise
each day, but work out six days a week. Each major muscle group only gets
worked once a week and to failure by increasing wieght each set with
almost no time between sets.

I find that I'm really enjoying my weight training now and actually
looking forward to it. AND I'm not injuring myself, which has always been
the bane of my weight training history. My body is switching from fat to
lean at about 2% per month. My goal being to reach 15% or below by
August. So far, I'm on schedule. My weight has been steady at 208-210
pounds. I'm six feet tall.
