Here's something I haven't figured out: it seems like hunter-gatherers did
nothing like traditional weight lifting.  It certainly doesn't appear that
they did anything close to "sets" or "reps".  If anything, maybe they did a
few heavy repetitions, like lifting a heavy object or moving it around.

The other main type of strength exercise would be to carry items to and
from camp.  Some studies say they would often carry 30 to 50 pounds over a
number of miles.  Perhaps that is an indirect way to build strength.

Any thoughts?
