I have definately seen better mental stability, especialy in stressfull
situations while on a Plaeo diet.  It may be because of the lower carbs,
or could be because of other reactions to alergens in the food. (e.g. wheat)
I also never get panic attacks on Paleo, where on SAD I get them all the
time.
It seems to me that the panic attacks feel like too much sugar but I can't
prove it.

The main reason I have gone back to a paleo diet is the panic attacks.
