IF YOU WANT MORE TESTOSTERONE(AND EVERYTHING THAT GOES ALONG WITH THAT),
THEN YOU MUST HAVE MORE SEX AND VICE VERSA.

THE BEST WAY AND CHEAPEST ALSO, IS TO GO ALL NATURAL, WITH HIGH
INTENSITY STRENGTH TRAINING AND WIND SPRINTS.

MY PRE-WORKOUT AGENDA/WITH SUPPLEMENTS:

1. EARLY TO BED AND UP AT 4:30AM FOR WEIGHT TRAINING.

2. ON EMPTY STOMACH (OK, AFTER SOME BLACK COFFEE) CONSUME THIS DRINK PRIOR
TO WORKOUT:

CREATINE (5 GM), 25MG DHEA, 5GM GLUTAMINE, GLYCINE, ETC.(AS PACKAGED IN
REJUVAMIN PLUS), 2GM LIQUID GHB, MIXED IN 4 OZ ORANGE JUICE AND 8 OZ WATER.

AFTER A 20 MIN. HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT AND 10 MIN. TABATA WIND SPRINTS YOU
WILL BE HORNIER THAN A TEN-PECKERED BILLY GOAT. THEN PROCEED WITH SEX.

DO THIS 4 DAYS A WEEK AND YOU'LL HAVE A WHEELBARROW FULL 'O BALLS AND PLENTY
OF TESTOSTERONE.

THROW THE VIAGRA IN THE TRASH, GET GHB AND START SWEATING A BIT.
