Ok, so are you then saying that on a paleo diet we should take a probiotic
as a general supplement, or only to begin with whilst th bodies bacteria
changes to one more conducive to paleo and health?

One of the reasons I find paleo attractive in the 1st place is the supposed
removal of the need for additional supplements for good health!
