hi Edith,
Dan's right. H2O retention. if i eat more carbs than usual, i can see it
reflected in the scale the next morning, sometimes as much as a 4 pound
gain. and it goes away.
go by how your clothes fit. if you're exercising, your body may change
while the scale does not. i went down 2 jeans sizes without losing a pound,
when i began lifting.
