So, I'm guessing here that hunter/gatherer exercises would/could be the
following, Farmer's Walk (Carrying), Squat Jumps (Jumping), Pull Ups
(Climbing), Sprinting, Medicine Ball Throws (Throwing the spear or other
projectile), and some swimming if possible?
