As far as I know you have the right idea.  couch potatoes 
are people who do nothing at all.

Mine is someone who does nothing all day long, and who lays 
around
all day. I've not been laying down at all.

I've loaded the dish washer, walked up and down stairs 
several times,
I've rinced dishes, and done some light things. I never lay 
down
during the day, unless I'm sick.

Pray that  everything continues to move down, if you know 
what I mean.
