This is true phil and I have found o matter how hard the attack all we need to do is the easiest thing of all.  Start praising Jesus.  Tell Gretchen when ever she has an urge or a moment of weekness she just haves to say (even just in her mind) Praise the Lord over and over and the urge or any kind of attack will melt away like butter in fire.  I know it works for me all the time.
