Hi Phil,
        Wow, this is a tough one.  I, however, have to come down on the
side of grace.  God is a loving God who desires a relationship with those
he loves and was willing to die for.  If this person's conversion was
genuine, I can't imagine God letting his child go.  Definitely, his path
will be a difficult one, but I believe that God would pursue him until he
willingly committed his life again to God.

I can't wait to hear the ending to this story.
