That sounds good.  I had a doctor's appointment today, too, and he was very
happy that all my blood sugar numbers were back down to normal and he was
glad for all my weight loss.  Still a long ways to go but I don't have any
other choice now, haw.  My other blood work should be back tomorrow so I'll
know a little more tomorrow.  But it sounds like you are doing well, Kathy,
and we thank God for that.
