Well, I am not sure that I would say that you were wrong, I might say that
you went on what you knew, and at that time that was all you had to go on.
I think you judge yourself too harshly Angel, and maybe what you should do
is to just ask God to remove that burden from you and as you said to forgive
you for judging, if you want to call it that.

I just wanted to tell you how wrong I may have been and I want you all =
to pray that god forgives me for the sin of prejudging. My Daughter was =
raped when
she was 11 years old by a 21 year old man when she was coming home one =
evening. He was sentenced to 25 years. He was up for parole this year. =
We each
were notified. I looked up on the web and found only one reference to =
him. This was a reference which said his appeal was denied to be =
removed from the
sexual predator list. Among the reasons for this denial was he never =
showed either guilt or remorse for what he had done neither had he been =
a model prisoner,
rejecting authority. I wrote a letter asking he serve his entire 25 =
year sentence. My daughter did as well.
You will never never guess because I wouldn't have guessed. Before the =
paroling of that person who raped my daughter all those years ago I =
looked and didn't
find the reference I found today. I just took a chance and used yahoo =
as my search engine and found four references to this person. =
Apparently he has
got two certificates while in prison one for literary Braille =
transcription and one for mathematical transcription. Isn't that nice? =
Perhaps he has reformed
after all. I always thought of him as a looser and I probably was =
wrong. He may have actually become a better person. This teaches me a =
profound lesson
not to judge before the end of the game. In any case he now lives down =
state from me and as long as I have no personal contact with him I will =
be happy.
Just goes to show how God works. If he hadn't been put in that =
situation we would not have a transcriber. I think a lot better of him =
now It is strange how God uses these situations .=20
