Keith,

There is a long history of Chris which many on this list are aware.  Next
time we talk on the phone, I will explain.  Chris comes and goes on the list
more than I change my socks.  He's received more help from people on this
list than anyone.  Both on and off the list and via the telephone.  I knew
if we answered his question, this would happen because it has many times
before.
