I'd have to agree. Marriage over the phone seems, hmmm. Dunno, tacky? lol
Sorry Phil. How does one even kiss the bride? lol. Not me, the groom that
is hahahaha. Point being marriage is a serious vow  in front of God and
those who are invited to share this  hopefully once in a lifetime event,
we won't even get into that one, but it is a solemn yet celebratious *new
word*  occasion which in my opinion ought be given it's best shot out of
the gate and not compromise due to convenience, but I suppose it isn't
against the Word so no compromise exists. .
