I think we all have to live moment by moment.

When my daughter was walking through the jungle of wildness, I had a friend
who always said, "Oh don't worry, she'll come back."  She did.  It took a
while five years but she came back.  She's married, and I have two wonderful
grandkids.  So keep the faith.
