That fits my situation today, and tonight.  I got pretty irritated over a 
bunch of little things, and depressed or discouraged about what some women 
said to me in a prayer room I went to during vacation.  When I got home from 
day treatment, I considered just doing something relaxing, but I went ahead 
and worked on my music and I felt some better.  Going through my e-mail in 
the evening has helped me some, too.  but, you're right, I need to explore 
all this with Jesus and kill that spider!
