Its interesting when you forgive someone after so many years of
unforgiveness you feel so good like something has been lifted.  and the
weird thing is that when we don't forgive we are the ones who suffer not the
unforgiven one.  Hey just a thought but maybe we suffer because the Holy
Spirit is grieved because if we don't forgive we're not forgiven hmmm.
