I think it's like Jesus said, be as wise as serpents and as shrewd as doves 
(Is that how it goes?)  There's a time to mention Jesus and a time not to. 
I think that, whenever an opportunity presents itself, we should mention 
Him, what He has done for us, and what He can do for them, unless the Holy 
Spirit prompts us not to do so. If the light is green, even when the legal 
system forbids it, I believe that God is able to keep us in the job if He 
still wants us there.
