Well I get plenty of sleep.  I have been a night owl all my life.  when my twin sister and I were young.  We would have to go to bed at nine but we would be awake  until 4 in the morning get up at six and be going all day.  Now I have to get at least four hours of sleep than I am ok.  Unless I take pain medicine or cold medicine than I will sleep longer.
