By the way, Sandy got to go to the Karate school before Ralph's surgery, and
she talked to him about the Gospel.  As it turns out, Ralph got saved many
years ago as a teenager and he had a clear cut testimony of conversion.  He
just hasn't lived for the Lord for a long time although for a considerable
part of his life, he was faithful going to a Bible preaching church.  Ralph
is 68 years old and is a nice guy.  He has been quite ill for several months
and my son has been helping Ralph out by keeping the Karate school running.
Ralph is pretty tough but he is a very sick man right now and he is very
special to my son and grandson.
