Hi Cindy,
When I was a little girl, I had multiple nightmares every night.
I would awaken so frightened I could not move.
It became so bad that I would fight sleep just like a baby because I could
not stand those nightmares.
I had them for many years and could not get them to go away.
One day I became so sick of having them I jumped up from a terrible
nightmare screaming.
I kept saying over and over that I would not be afraid any more.
That helped, but it did not stop them.
Out of desperation with the nightmares and other things going on in my
life, I realized that I had to ask Jesus to help me.
I was very afraid of losing my sanity.
I finally called Phil and talked with him about it, and we prayed together
for a solution.
If I had not asked for guidance from the Lord, and sought the help of a
friend, I am convinced that I would have had a nervous breakdown.
All I can say is that I don't have them very often any more.
Praise the Lord for the many blessings he has given to me.
I will pray for you and for those nightmares to go away.
