I agree that the devil and his demons can take advantage of people whose 
minds are crippled because of body chemicals.  How can anyone believe that 
the voices they hear are the result of chemical imbalance alone?  My brother 
told me about an interesting discovery that was made from a study in which 
the author/s implanted, or hooked up, a man with schiszophrenia to a device 
that records what goes on in the brain.  He was instructed to press a button 
or something when he heard the voices.  It was thought that the brain 
activity was in the area where we think.  They found out that it is in the 
part that deals with actual sounds!
