Kathy, I think a lot of it is having to start over again working with new
people and a new environment. We tend to get too comfortable where we are
that change is difficult. I want to polish up my Word skills and "try" to
learn the basics of Excel. I'm looking to start my search the first part of
April or May. Though that's a couple of months away, time goes by so
quickly.
