Rhonda,

First, no, she doesn't have to speak with the pastor.  Not unless the
Lord leads her to do so once the anger has been dealt with and removed by
the Lord permanently.

Secondly, the anger is based upon a lie that may very well have nothing to
do
with the experience with the pastor.  The pastor simply was the trigger
mechanism that brought the anger to the surface.  If the source isn't found,
she will still have the feelings concerning the pastor.

Thirdly, When the original source of the anger is exposed, her mind will be
renewed and the situation with the pastor will be healed.  Forgiveness and
freedom of guilt will be the result of the healing.  It will be automatic.
