Hi Sharon,
Yes I do have one of those pins but my hand shakes so much I can hardly do 
it.  My hands do not shake at any other time.  I am a big wimp, chicken, 
coward, and just plain can't stand needles or lancets or anything having to 
do with needles of any kind.  Running away and hiding from needles!
