I talked to Vicki.  She is better but it touched 100 degrees at my house a
few minutes ago.  It has dropped back to 98 but that is probably because the
sun is now passed noon and not shining directly into my backyard where my
thermometer is.  Vicki was talking about trying to take the bus into work.
I told her not to go because of the high temp today.  So, for the first time
in my life, a woman did what I told her to do.  I'm marking this down on my
calendar.  I'm joking, of course.
