There is a new group of dedicated list owners who are putting together their
own mail server.  They have actually already incorporated as a non profit,
as I understand it, and they are not only going to provide all the listserv
features we have now but will add even more.  They are only requesting 10
dollars per year to be donated to their group by the list owners and not by
any subscribers.  Can't beat that.  Anyhow, I am on their mailing list for
list owners and exchanging information and ideas with them as their mission
statement and list policies are being developed and discussed.  So, whenever
Saint Johns closes down their free list services, we'll have a good place to
go.  Apparently, from the way it looks, everything is already in place in
case a sudden move needs to take place.  I'll keep you informed.  Yes, even
archives and a website will be part of the program just as it is now.
