Vicki,
I do wish that I could push the clouds over to you.  Rick did warn us
that if the rain got heavy that he wouldn't be able to finish applying
the foundation sealer and finish the ground work and it is increasinly
dripping more severely over here.  I think that Rick is gone for lunch
now, but if this keeps up, he may not be back.  Looks like I'm back to
handling the equipment myself again.  GRIN!
