Cindy,
It could be worsse, you could be the one to have to ultimately deal with
them to straighten out the orders. And besides you did nothing wrong.
Perhaps just insisting on taking a phone number and name and you'll pass
on the message to call regarding an order.

I'm telling you....I'm sitting here bawling right now and I know I
shouldn't be so upset but sheesh...my roomate does home parties and the
past couple months she really screwed up orders, well...for some reason,
everyone has MY number instead of hers (its only one # different) so for
the past 2 days all her mad customers are calling me and cussing me out.
They are being so mean and ugly to me and I'm like...hey, I'm just the
roomate. I'm tired of taking everyones grief for things that I didn't do.
I know its stupid to be sitting here crying about it but here I am.
