Well, interesting turn of events.  Are you still getting rain?  I know you
must be really frustrated.  Not to make light of that, but maybe you should
rent your property out as a parking lot.  You'd at least make money on the
deal, while employing the lemonade principle.  Seriously Kathy, we'll be
