Believe it or not I live in an apartment building on the 10th floor.  It got down to -3 with a wind chill of -22 and I have not truned my heat on yet.  I thought it would be cold when I got up but it was still warm in here.  But when I stepped out into the hall it was cold because they have these vents at the end of the hall wide open.  I think my apartment stays warm because I am right under the hot water heater according to the maintenance.  No heat on yet.
