Good to hear! Perhaps you could get an exercise bike for your hoke to
use...you know what the therapist has done with you, so could probably do
those exercises at home!

Subject: Good News from Phil

Tuesday I went for my second physical therapy visit and came home hurting
worse than ever. I was in severe pain Wednesday and Sandy made an
appointment with our family doctor for today, Thursday, to find out what is
going on. Wednesday afternoon, for no apparent reason, my hip stopped
hurting. My leg was, and is, still quite stiff but it isn't painful. I
slept like a baby last night but today had physical therapy once again. I
was a little nervous the therapist might stir up that old hip pain again but
instead, they put me on a stationary bicycle for awhile to help my leg. She
worked on my back again but stayed clear of the area related to my hip.
Anyhow, my leg is still weaker than my right leg but the exercising and
walking are helping correct that problem. My insurance will only pay for 8
visits so I don't want to use them all up at once unless I have to. So,
although my leg is still giving me some trouble, the worst of the pain seems
to be over and for that, I am very very thankful. At times, the continual
perpetual pain in my hip was so bad, I would sit at my desk and just cry.
So when I say I am thankful the pain is gone, that is exactly what I mean.
Thank you, Jesus, and thanks for the prayers from each of you.

Phil.
