Carol,
My prayers are with you and Mike, may the Lord richly bless you both and all
that hear you sing and Mike play.
Huggs and blessings,
Virgie and Hoshi

Karen,

I really like that one and is pretty apt. Mike works in a hotel where they
try to do everything "correctly". Two years ago they announced a "Winter
meal", not referring to Christmas at all. Mike complained bitterly . . .
and last year they spoke again of Christmas! This year it's "The Winter
meal" again and he was none too pleased.

That reminds me, we have our special ladies' lunch tomorrow. For the first
time in about ten years I'm going public and singing (with a small group).
My voice is no longer really up to solo work, though I do have a small, low
solo in the middle of one of the two songs we're doing. I'm leading things
and speaking a little and would be so glad of prayers. Am I nervous? Well,
Hmmm! Mike also hasn't played the guitar in public probably since the early
80's, apart from last year when we had a church day and played and sang
outside with a large group.

Please pray God's real annointing on this. There's no point at all if He
doesn't use this to speak to someone!
