Well, those who really love us will tell us the truth, for our good, even
though they know that it may hurt us. They trust the friendship enough to
risk having usget mad at them, and possibly, reject them. They are
thinking about our wellfare and not just their own comfort. Our enemy
could care less about us. They just want to stay close for whatever they
can still get from us, so, they butter us up and feed our egos so that we
will never send them away.
