thanks all.  i have a docs appointment today and am thinking he'll clear me
to go to work on wednesday as our lovely president has given us Christmas

Oh my Jen,

I know tht ice is wicked no doubt but sure sorry to know that you fell; not
once but twice.  I just bought some Yack-Tracks to help with this very
issue.  Going to try them on tonight and take them to work tomorrow as we
are supposed to get some more snow.  And there is still more than plenty of
ice already here in the neighborhood.  But, in the mean time, you tke care
of yourself and we'll be praying for a speedy recovery.
