Phil, That sounds so neat! Where did you find a quiet air conditioner? Is
it the window type? They are so much smaller and lighter now. We bought 2
of them this summer, but they are too noisy. I can't sleep with it on, as
it keeps me awake, so I turn it on with the little tiny remote a few hours
before going to bed, so my bedroom is cool. These are not quiet. It doesn't
bother Vernon's sleeping.

Sounds like we all need to get Brad down to help out with remodeling jobs.
