Rohnda,
    I agree, alot of churches are focused on foreign missions and other
things rather than their own community and surrounding communities.  For
example at the church I went to before they had a conference thing about
foreign missions but never went with me to Wayside or the Nursing home.  I
know those aren't the only two places to go but it still didn't make since
to me.  It looks like churches should start with their community and then
expand to surrounding communities and farther on.  That's just my opinion.
