Brad,
We are in another cold snap as I type but it probably won't drop below zero
like it did for a couple of days a couple of weeks ago. This is the second
time they have doubled the natural gas in the last three or so years. Odd,
too, because Colorado, I recently heard, has more natural gas wells than any
other state and they have something like, if I remember correctly, over
2,000 new permits issued each year for new drilling. The electric has gone
up, too, so that makes the overall bill worse since they both come together.
I just checked my indoor outdoor themomitor and it is 16 degrees right now.
It may snow tonight and tomorrow, too. It is definitely winter finally here
in the Rockies, haw.
Phil.
